Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece from Ban de Osh. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Terry Collection — Final Sale

All terry cotton pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Due to the rare and limited nature of our hand-loomed terry fabric, we are unable to accept returns on these items. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about fit, sizing, or colorways — we are happy to help!

All Other Items

Non-terry items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bandeosh.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All sales are final on promotional and discounted items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 a 10 business days), the time is takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 a 5 business days), and the time if takes your bank to process our refund request (5 a 10 business days).
