Say no to softener
Please do not use any fabric softener and do not use bleach.
In fact, we recommend that you stay away from fabric softeners, as they actually reduce the absorbency of the product. Our products are very mild, but to keep them super soft, add a splash of household white vinegar to the rinse cycle from time to time.
Pulling a thread:
If you pull on a thread, simply cut the pulled loop with scissors. Your product will not be damaged or come undone.
