Artisanal Production & Natural Fiber Disclosure
Ban de Osh garments are produced in small batches using traditional loom-woven terry and hand-finished construction techniques. Each piece is individually cut, sewn, assembled, and matched by skilled artisans rather than mass-produced in automated factory settings.
Due to the artisanal nature of the weaving and finishing process, variations are inherent and expected. No two garments will be identical.
Natural characteristics may include, but are not limited to:
• Slight differences in weave tension and loom texture
• Minor thread extensions or visible finishing threads
• Frayed terry edges or belt ends
• Occasional loose cotton threads that can be trimmed
• Subtle stripe alignment differences
• Independent belt loop placement
• Slight measurement variation within handmade tolerances
• Variations in drape, sleeve length, and construction
Terry cloth is a looped cotton fabric. Minor loop pulls, fray, or thread visibility may occur during weaving, handling, or shipping. These are inherent characteristics of natural terry and are not considered defects.
Belts are individually cut and finished and may vary in thickness, length, or edge finishing. Slight fraying at belt ends or thread visibility is a natural result of handcrafted construction.
These characteristics do not affect the structure or wearability of the garment and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Reorders may differ subtly from previous production runs due to small-batch artisan production.
By purchasing, retailers acknowledge and accept the handmade nature and natural variation of the collection.
